Social Entrepreneurship

The course is designed to make the student understand various challenges faced by the social enterprises and aims to illustrate how social entrepreneurship is both a solution to the problems and a viable business opportunity. The course also aims to provide an insight into attributes of successful social entrepreneurs, the challenges faced by their entities in achieving their objectives and the responses that they have adopted in this effort. Many of our students come out with social entrepreneurial ideas, which ABS supports. The course is intended to make students understand that businesses can be run without causing any damage to either the society or the environment.
